We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act"). By using our Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

When you subscribe to our Pro Version, our payment processor (Stripe) collects necessary payment information. We do not store full credit card details.

While we do not intentionally collect health data, any inferred dietary restrictions from meal plans are treated as sensitive information under Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and handled with additional protections.

We implement technical measures including AES-256 encryption and annual security audits to comply with APP 11 requirements. When transferring personal data to countries outside Australia, we ensure that the data is protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles by entering into appropriate contractual arrangements with our service providers.

Under APP 12 and 13, you may request access to or correction of personal data within 30 days. Deletion requests will be processed within 14 business days.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Inactive accounts will be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
